This affects a small number of locations within Harris County MUD No. 374 which receive water directly from Harris County MUD No. 371. The affected locations are:

- Cortland N. Haven Apartments at 17802 Mound Road
- Community Self Storage at 12906 Fry Road
- Shopping Center at 12904 Fry Road
- Salt Fork Petroleum
